Mrs. J. Sasikala
Founder | Lead Educator | Academic Mentor
With a teaching journey that began in 2009, Mrs.J.Sasikala has built her career around one goal — helping every child learn with clarity, confidence and joy. Her story began in the most meaningful place: supporting learners who struggled to read, write or cope with school demands.
Working as a remedial teacher across all subjects and abilities, she has helped students rebuild strong foundations from scratch — literacy, numeracy, comprehension and learning habits — proving that with the right guidance, every learner can catch up and thrive.
Over the years, her experience and influence expanded across classrooms and leadership roles.
Across her career, she has:
- Guided and taught students across multiple grades and subjects
- Strengthened core learning through personalised and remedial support
- Served as Academic Coordinator and Head of the Department
- Led teaching teams and supported whole-school improvement programs
- Introduced clubs, workshops and public speaking platforms for student confidence
- Coordinated school events and academic initiatives that enriched the academic culture
- Mentored teachers and collaborated on curriculum development
- Received recognition and awards for excellence and innovation in teaching
